Solution:

Depending on your application criteria, including your required hours of continuous equipment operation, all three UniTrak conveyor types offer dust containment. This includes the 100% air/gas/dust-tight Monocoque TipTrak™ bucket elevator

Our customers have also chosen the enclosed PEC TipTrak™ bucket conveyor, the dust-tight Powderflight aeromechanical conveyor, or the versatile flexible screw conveyor.

For dust-containment at the bulk bag discharge point, Bagstander™ bulk bag discharger is highly effective, while raising the overall safety and efficiency of the operation.

Challenge:

Maintain blend consistency. Issues of reduced product quality, production inconsistency, dissatisfied customers, and product re-work or scrap.

Using pneumatic conveying you risk heavier particles in the blend conveying at a different speed than the lighter ones. What goes in may not be what comes out.

Solution:

TipTrak™ or Powderflight The mix of product that goes into the TipTrak™ bucket, or is “caught” between the discs of the Powderflight, is exactly the same when discharged after conveying to the next process. What comes out is what went in.

Challenge: Prevent product matting. Matted product does not mix well with other products: e.g. in wallboard manufacture.
Solution:

Gentle-handling TipTrak™ bucket elevators move product without inducing matting. The strands of fibreglass retain individual shape and are distributed equally in the final mix.

Challenge: Wear-and-tear of production equipment. Issues of higher maintenance costs, and replacement of parts and/or equipment.
Solution:

Abrasion-resistant Nylon® buckets on a tough, low maintenance TipTrak™ bucket elevator. A TipTrak™, with its rubber drive “chain”, requires no lubrication and runs clean. There are no points where abrasives can adhere and accumulate.
